About me
Kristin Cahill is the Global Chief Executive Officer of GCI Group. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of healthcare organizations and executives to develop innovative strategies, compelling communication platforms and breakthrough creative campaigns.
Kristin is known for her strategic perspective and ability to quickly uncover opportunities that drive business results and improve health outcomes. She has tackled some of the healthcare industry’s toughest challenges and spearheaded innovative, award-winning efforts in nearly every therapeutic category, including chronic pain, diabetes, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, atrial fibrillation and multiple types of cancers.
Kristin has a deep passion for women’s health, and sits on the Board of Directors for HealthyWomen, the nation's leading independent, nonprofit health information source for women. She is also a member of the Page Society.
A distinguished, mission-driven leader, Kristin has fostered a culture at GCI Health that’s consistently been recognized as a Best Place to Work by PRWeek and PRovoke Media.
Kristin has received many honors for her contributions to the field of communications, including being named a Health Influencer 30 (PRWeek, 2021), Hall of Femme (MM+M, 2020), 40 Under 40 (PRWeek, 2018) and PR Professional of the Year finalist (PR News, 2016). Early in her career, she was also given an Honorable Mention for PRWeek’s Young PR Professional of the Year.

Kristin graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
