Justin Mattice is a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a successful track record in specialty, mass market and rare disease. A hands-on entrepreneurial leader, Justin thrives in setting strategy, motivating cross-functional teams and delivering for patients and providers.
Over more than two decades, Justin has developed extensive launch and mature brand experience across broad therapeutic categories, including neurology, pain management, rheumatology, dermatology, orthopedics, urology and men’s healthcare, as well as demonstrated success in retail, buy-and-bill and device markets. His diverse multi-functional operational and strategic background in the areas of marketing, sales, training, analytics, new product development, finance and medical affairs provides a unique perspective to anticipate the issues and opportunities that move businesses forward.
Driven by innovation, a strong competitive spirit and a passion for inspiring teams around a shared vision. Justin earned a BS in Biology from Purdue University and an MBA from Villanova University. At home, Justin spends time watching his three children compete on the athletic field and enjoys coaching lacrosse.
