About me
Rosalind Fabunmi is currently the Vice President of Medical Affairs, Transcatheter Heart Valves at Edwards Lifesciences. She has over 19 years of experience in the fields of cardiovascular disease and diabetes across the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.
Rosalind’s extensive background includes progressively responsible roles in medical affairs, where she has successfully led several projects to support the development and launch of pipeline and marketed products. Additionally, Rosalind has spearheaded partnerships with professional organizations on high-impact projects to improve patient care. Recently, she partnered with the American Heart Association to develop Target: Aortic Stenosis, an initiative to improve patient identification and guideline-directed treatment.
Rosalind has published over 30 scientific articles and book chapters. She completed a post-doctoral research fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine at Harvard Medical School and served as a faculty instructor at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Rosalind earned a Ph.D. in the cardiology department at the University of Wales, College of Medicine, United Kingdom.
